The BEGE Awards recognize excellence, innovation, and outstanding achievements within the gaming and entertainment sectors. These regulations ensure a fair, professional and transparent evaluation process that reflects the core values and standards of the global industry.
To qualify for a nomination, all companies (operating either online or land-based) must be certified and actively operating within the Balkan region with established offices and/or active personnel present.
1. The Nomination Process: The official self-nomination window opens for one month. Interested companies must submit their entries by completing the required Nomination Form.
2. Judging Criteria: Nominees are evaluated on strictly objective, performance-driven data. Core parameters include user experience (UX), technical performance, innovation, community impact and overall quality of service.
3. The Judging Panel: The BEGE Awards Judging Panel consists of verified industry leaders. Every panel member possesses established credentials and is committed to upholding the absolute integrity of the evaluation process.

4. Voting Process: All incoming submissions undergo an initial compliance audit to verify eligibility. Verified entries are forwarded to the judging panel for thorough assessment. Winners are determined based on the aggregate votes cast by the panel.
5. Transparency: Voting results, specific metrics and final panel choices will be publicly disclosed following the conclusion of the ceremony. To maintain impartiality, judges affiliated with any nominated company are strictly prohibited from voting within that company’s category.
6. Code of Conduct: All nominees, voters and attendees must adhere to a professional code of conduct that fosters respect and ethical standards across the gaming and gambling sectors.
7. Award Distribution: The BEGE Awards 2026 ceremony will take place during the days of the Balkan Entertainment & Gaming Expo at IEC.
